How I was tricked at the dealership
Probably, each of us had to deal with deception in everyday life: either they will be weighed up at the bazaar, then the change will be given incorrectly, then the price tag will turn out to be the wrong one. Beauty, and more! In general, we meet with deception in all its diversity almost every day. Perhaps there is no such sphere in our life, wherever this phenomenon has penetrated.
So the other day I was just impudently deceived, or divorced, whoever likes it better. But first things first.
I try to do the maintenance of my car on time, since this is a guarantee of a long and uninterrupted operation of my four -wheeled friend.
Fortunately, our city has two dealerships of my car, between which, for obvious reasons, there is healthy (or unhealthy?) Competition. In short, Ive always had a choice.
And then it happened that the date of the first State inspection approached and I wondered which of the centers would be able to provide me with this service as well.
And apparently sensing the approach of my maintenance, the operator of one of the centers began to call me, lets call her Olya, and agitate in favor of her enterprise.
How I was deceived at the dealership
For obvious reasons, I was dragging on time, and when the deadlines for maintenance began to run out, I asked Olya if I could also go through the State examination in the center?

A couple of minutes later, Olyas joyful voice was heard in the phone:
— You can! And she even named the price.
Well, since the second dealership did not have this service, my choice fell on Olya.
Having signed me up for a specific date and time, Olya said:
— You can sign up for the State inspection upon arrival to us. Do you feel the intrigue?
We decided on that.
Arriving on time and putting the car for service, I naturally asked the manager how to sign up for a State inspection? To my great surprise, the manager replied that this department was not working today and advised me to call in a day.
My call every other day to the dealership ended with the gloomy voice in the phone answering:
— We do not carry out state maintenance, call in a month.
I was about to be indignant, and then I thought to myself:
— Oh, Olya, Olya!
