The reaction is quite nervous. The Turkish side, having analyzed the reports of both the Egyptian and Russian media, came to the unequivocal conclusion that the opening of direct flights between Russia and Egypt (meaning the resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh) is a matter of the near future …
And although the Federal Air Transport Agency officially denied the information of the Egyptian side about the beginning of charter flights between Russia and Egypt starting from the end of March, the Turks believe that this is already a resolved issue.
The Turks are not encouraged by the fact that the official visit of the President of Russia V.V. Putin to Egypt, during which, most likely, this issue will be resolved.
In addition, everyone, without exception, paid attention to the fact that the last inspection by the Russian side at the airports of Khargada and Sharm el-Sheikh went largely unanswered, which has not been observed for a long time. Consequently, the prospects for the resumption of direct charter flights are now as high as ever.

Some people have already rushed to make predictions about price reductions by the Turkish side for tours in 2021.
Although Russian experts believe that the Turks will keep the cost of the vouchers at the established level as long as possible. And only a significant decrease in the tourist flow will be able to encourage them to revise prices downward. And this will become known just when a Russian tourist will go to Egypt en masse, leaving Turkish resorts without a rather substantial profit.
The forecast is not the most rosy for the Turks, but acceptable for the Russians. And if everything goes according to the above scenario, then we will have the opportunity to return at least part of the funds and nerves spent last year.
In any case, #Turkey is not going anywhere and no one is going to write it off. It will be very great if the prices for holidays in this country become lower. Wait and see!
